Dangerous? Unreached? Unreachable? It Depends.

"Lord," Ananias answered, "I have heard from many people about this man, how much harm he has done to Your saints in Jerusalem." - Acts 9:13

Saul (who would later become Paul), before conversion, before meeting Ananias, was without a doubt a notorious terrorist. He not only hunted down, captured, and put to death those who followed Christ, he was passionate about it.

At least until the hunter met true Holiness and the horror was halted (sorry, I couldn't help myself).

Enter Ananias. As a disciple of Christ, he knew all about Saul. He feared him. He also probably despised him, but too bad for Ananias because he also followed the Savior who sends and this Savior said, no "commanded" that Ananias must go to Saul.

We should all be glad that Ananias listened.

There are many "Saul's" in this world that need a Savior. Dangerous? Sure. Unreached? Absolutely. Unreachable? I guess that depends on us.

As soon as there is life there is danger. - Ralph Waldo Emerson
