He sent the message to the sons of Israel, proclaiming the good news of peace through Jesus Christ—He is Lord of all. - Acts 10:36
Is Christ Lord of all or just some?
It is true that God first sent the message of salvation to the sons of Israel, but it was their responsibility to then take this good news of peace through Jesus the Messiah to the world (through Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria, to the uttermost). The sons of Israel who believed and followed Jesus were faithful and some of those who heard (in Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria, and the uttermost) followed.
Yet, here is the question. Is their work done? Have all heard? We have a message from the Messenger which also means we have a responsibility to ultimately fulfill the task that God has given in Christ Jesus. Are we not all spiritual "sons of Israel?"
Indeed, we are and He is Lord of all, not just some.
